The Keralites are mostly rice and fish eating people. They are gourmets with a difference. Their cuisine is generally very hot and spicy and offers various gastronomic opportunities. Though beef is not eaten in many parts of India, but it is quite popular in Kerala. This is perhaps because of other European cultures.
